Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical success of partners across onboarding, deep enablement, early production deployments, and scaled delivery motions.
  • •Lead hands-on technical trainings, deep dives, workshops, and co-build sessions for partner engineers, architects, consultants, and delivery teams.
  • •Help partners create repeatable service offerings, implementation packages, and reference architectures built on Glean.
  • •Act as Glean’s technical representative within partner organizations, building relationships with partner technical leaders and supporting shared customers.
  • •Provide technical support for partner-led services and solutions, consulting on complex issues (agent development, custom connectors, integrations, and platform extensibility) and feed learnings back to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years in a technical role such as partner engineer, forward-deployed engineer, solutions architect/engineer, or consulting/professional services.
  • •Experience building or deploying AI/LLM/agent-based systems in production.
  • •Hands-on experience writing, debugging, integrating, and deploying production software using APIs/SDKs, auth patterns, and cloud services.
  • •Strong engineering fundamentals with hands-on coding experience in Python and at least one of TypeScript/JavaScript/Java, plus experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
