Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as trusted senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic corporate communications and issues counsel and understanding objectives and stakeholders.
  • •Use strong media and stakeholder knowledge to develop corporate and public affairs strategies.
  • •Anticipate, prepare for, and manage reputational issues and live crises, including scenario planning and response positioning.
  • •Shape and deliver integrated programmes connecting corporate narrative, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs with policymakers, media, employees and the public.
  • •Direct overall account activity to ensure seamless execution, brilliant delivery, and consistently high client service.

Key Requirements

  • •Established corporate communications experience at Senior Manager or Account Director level, ideally within an agency, with demonstrable issues and/or crisis experience.
  • •Deep understanding of how reputation, policy, and public sentiment intersect, with proven experience in corporate and issues/crisis work.
  • •Sector knowledge in one or more of Energy, Healthcare, or Technology, including reputational, regulatory, and stakeholder issues.
  • •A robust network of relevant media, policy, and stakeholder contacts.
  • •Experience leading fast-paced, ambitious client portfolios and inspiring teams with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
