Design customer-obsessed, human-centered digital and human experiences across the full user journey. You’ll use design-thinking and research/insights to shape product roadmaps, run competitive analysis, translate business and user needs into accessible omni-channel experiences, and validate outcomes through experimentation, testing, and optimization. •Facilitation of cross-functional human-centered design sessions to build empathy and identify continuous improvements for the product roadmap.
