Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the assigned B1 engineers team and ensure maintenance tasks are carried out to required standards by certifying engineers.
  • •Distribute and allocate maintenance tasks, monitor shift progress, and manage performance to meet planned timelines and compliance requirements.
  • •Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, testing, and defect troubleshooting/rectification in accordance with approved procedures and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals.
  • •Sign and verify completed maintenance tasks within the scope of own authorization, ensuring task cards and associated documents meet required standards.
  • •Manage safety and human factors for continuity of critical maintenance tasks, escalate concerns to Shift Managers, and initiate cost-saving projects within B1 scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an EASA Part 66 or GCAA CAR 66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance License (unrestricted) with company approvals on the Airbus A320/A321, with 2+ years of experience.
  • •2+ years’ experience as a B1 Engineer in ABY Base/Hangar Maintenance, including 1 year in a team-leading capacity with Cat C authorization experience.
  • •Experience and in-depth knowledge of B1 maintenance practices and GCAA standards.
  • •Ability to lead and guide aircraft engineers and technicians.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English (verbal and written).
