Develop and scale the Employees platform, including shift scheduling and workforce services. Build highly scalable REST APIs and microservices that power smart payment devices, merchant dashboards, and enterprise integrations. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Product, Design, and QA to define technical requirements, design data models, deliver features from development through production monitoring, and maintain uptime through on-call support. Lead system design and code reviews to ensure security, performance, and reliability.

•Partner with product managers and designers to identify technical requirements and translate business objectives into maintainable software.
•Own merchant- and employee-facing features from initial design and development through deployment and production monitoring.
•Participate in system design and code reviews, collaborate on data models, and work with QA on test plans while joining an on-call rotation for uptime.
