Key Responsibilities

•Manage and prioritize the product backlog for Cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and stakeholder needs.
•Draft and validate specifications in the backlog tool with business, legal, security, and support teams, including clear acceptance criteria.
•Coordinate with Scrum team (developers, DevOps, testers, documentation) to ensure specifications are feasible and well understood.
•Monitor and guide the development process, participating in daily standups and sprint activities to ensure timely delivery and quality.
•Support validation campaigns and ensure documentation and product descriptions (Functional Description, application notes) are accurate and actionable.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related field; 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in team management
•Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments, with strong backlog management and requirement specification skills
•Experience writing functional descriptions, acceptance criteria, and maintaining a backlog in collaboration with stakeholders (business, legal, security, support)
•Ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives and coordinate across developers, DevOps, testers, and documentation teams
•Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding a team and engaging with Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional partners
