Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee overall hospital administration and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and support strategic and operational objectives.
  • •Lead Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), supervising billing, insurance approvals, medical coding, claims, resubmissions, payment follow-up, and collections for both outpatient and inpatient services.
  • •Supervise Medical Records Department (MRD) operations to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, completeness, and compliance, including regulatory/statistical report submissions.
  • •Oversee operational resource management, including scheduling to maximize doctor/staff/facility utilization and optimizing Operation Theatre (OT) scheduling with relevant teams.
  • •Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital policies through audits, KPI monitoring, and corrective/preventive quality improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Additional certification relevant to healthcare administration or operations is desirable.
