Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic leadership to ecology and environmental teams across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
•Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, profitability, and operational excellence.
•Create an inclusive, engaging, high-performing culture and champion health, safety, wellbeing, and flexible working.
•Provide senior technical leadership, governance, and quality assurance for Nature Services delivery.
•Strengthen client relationships and support business development, major bids, and framework opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Established leadership experience in ecology, environmental consultancy, or a related natural sciences discipline.
•Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
•Strong commercial and operational management experience, including budgets and financial performance.
•Experience managing project delivery, governance, and quality assurance.
•Experience supporting business development, major bids, and framework delivery; strong relationship-building with clients and regulators.
