Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform lubrication and inspection of heavy equipment using oil/air/fuel filtration procedures and advanced inspection techniques to detect abnormal conditions.
  • •Diagnose, service, and overhaul fuel injector pumps, nozzles, and engine governors to ensure peak engine performance.
  • •Assist with water- and air-cooled engine rebuilds and overhaul transmission and rear-end systems that transfer engine power.
  • •Conduct shop and field repair work, including preventative maintenance practices to maximize service life, uptime, and machine reliability.
  • •Manage parts through parts catalogs for procurement and handling, and travel/operate company vehicles while meeting driver qualification and DOT requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school diploma or GED; further education in college/technical school or related experience is desired.
  • •Knowledge and experience repairing and troubleshooting asphalt equipment is highly desired.
  • •Experience using diagnostic software for major equipment brands, including CAT (ET/SIS), Cummins (Insite/QSOL), and Volvo CE (PROSIS/Tech-Tool).
  • •Must pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and DOT physical requirements.
  • •Must own and provide your own tools and maintain a valid driver’s license.
