Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and deliver end-to-end smart manufacturing solutions integrated across business functions.
  • •Support DRAM technology development by deploying existing smart-manufacturing solutions and developing new customized tools for technology development.
  • •Capture and analyze information on Smart Manufacturing app adoption, identify inefficiencies, and propose AI-enabled enhancements.
  • •Define business solutions and propose implementation projects using AI and GenAI technologies.
  • •Collaborate with data scientists to analyze data and address early technology development and yield ramp challenges using AI/ML models.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.

  • •Strong domain knowledge of fab processes and experience in yield improvement activities.
