Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Controllership Processes Specialist to lead automation projects for new products and features, standardize and improve accounting processes, and participate in the implementation or migration of information systems. You will strengthen relationships with Financial Operations clients, drive efficiency through automation, and ensure controls are safeguarded, with SAP and BI tools desirable.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead automation projects for the launch of new products or features, ensuring risk mitigation and automated accounting controls without impacting business timelines.
•Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through standardization and automation of accounting processes and drive implementation with stakeholders to impact key metrics.
•Participate actively in the implementation or migration of information systems.
•Develop and strengthen relationships with Financial Operations clients, aligning objectives and actively contributing to projects to achieve success.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated processes within the finance function.

Key Requirements

•5 years of experience in similar roles
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics (Contador Público/Administración de Empresas o Economía)
•Knowledge of SAP is desirable
•Knowledge of BI tools (Simetrik NoCode) is desirable
•Experience implementing automation and process improvement from a functional perspective
