Construction Project Manager - Freelance, Remote

Own backend project control for residential construction projects by building and maintaining schedules, tracking scope changes, and flagging risks and slippage. Manage document control and project records in Procore, generate schedule/status reporting, and ensure data accuracy through detailed reviews. Provide estimating support with quantity takeoffs, bid tabulation, and vendor outreach, coordinating closely with engineers and PMs to keep schedules, scope, and estimates aligned.
