Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop optimum notebook platform design architecture and innovative concepts based on marketing requirements and RFQ processes.
  • •Evaluate technologies and new/current silicon components to define architecture strategy and mitigate design/implementation risk.
  • •Design, develop, and evaluate high-speed components, interfaces, and protocols for new high-speed buses; guide teams on risk avoidance.
  • •Create proof of concept hardware and supporting firmware/software to validate new technology concepts.
  • •Generate HW/FW/system architecture documentation and review designs for compliance with guidelines and standards while leading platform architecture processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience in notebook or workstation computer design.
