Job Summary

Shape the commercial agenda behind premium spirits brands by turning data-driven insights into profitable revenue growth across Switzerland and Austria. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to develop business cases for customer negotiations and guide pricing, promotions, trade investments, and portfolio optimization. Lead and develop a small RGM & Commercial Finance team, build KPI frameworks, and drive analytics/AI initiatives to strengthen margin and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales, Marketing, and senior management to drive profitable growth through data-driven insights and financial analysis.
•Support annual customer negotiations with business cases, customer profitability analyses, and negotiation scenarios.
•Lead the Revenue Growth Management agenda across Switzerland and Austria, including pricing, promotions, trade investments, and portfolio optimization.
•Develop KPI frameworks to evaluate commercial activities and maximize ROI, shaping pricing and investment strategies to improve revenue and margin.
•Lead and develop a team of three RGM & Commercial Finance professionals; drive analytics and AI initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to align decisions.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling and/or Commercial Strategy.
•4–7 years relevant experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling or FP&A/BP&A within large organisations, preferably in FMCG.
•Strong commercial acumen with strategic agility to challenge the status quo and translate data-driven insights into business recommendations.
•Excellent analytical and project management skills; comfortable with ambiguity and turning complex data into actionable decisions.
•Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Finance; fluent in German and English (French a strong advantage).
