Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent technical support for application issues and outages, coordinating with development teams and vendors through problem tracking processes.
  • •Monitor and manage end-user issue reporting according to service level expectations, escalating when direct resolution isn’t possible.
  • •Maintain and renew security certificates and respond to environmental security vulnerabilities.
  • •Manage job scheduling functions, environmental/application alerts, and prepare environments for testing and operational validation of new code releases.
  • •Implement and configure software, including application installation and configuration across multiple environments, and report defects and receive fixes for implementation.
