Job Summary

Support Capital Markets audit activities by helping plan, perform, and report on risk-based audits across loan syndications, trading, underwriting, FX, interest rate products, and commodities. Work alongside Internal Audit professionals to understand processes, assess controls, perform testing, analyze results, and communicate observations. Help validate management’s corrective actions and use data, Excel, analytics, and emerging (including AI) tools to identify patterns and improve control testing. Travel 5–15%.

•Participate in the audit lifecycle, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and issue follow-up.
•Understand and document business processes, risks, and controls in an audit-ready manner.
•Perform control testing, analyze results, and communicate observations to Internal Audit and business partners.
•Help validate management’s corrective actions for previously identified audit issues.
•Use data, Excel, analytics, and emerging tools (including AI tools) to identify patterns, trends, and exceptions to improve control testing.

Key Requirements

•1-5 years of experience in Capital Markets, Audit, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Comfort working with data, Excel, Microsoft Office, and emerging tools including AI tools.
•Interest in capital markets, risk management, controls, and technology, with intermediate understanding of bank regulations as a plus.
