Project Leader Dynamics

Lead implementations and/or enhancements of Microsoft Dynamics projects, owning scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Serve as the main client point of contact, coordinating functional and technical teams and managing Agile/Scrum or Waterfall (or hybrid) delivery, including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Contribute to functional definition and solution design decisions, ensure documentation and handover to support/operations, and support pre-sales through proposals, estimations, planning, and stakeholder presentations.
