Own end-to-end EHS compliance for the Tracy and Stockton sites by implementing programs that reduce environmental, health, and safety risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Coach and train operations on Daily Fundamentals and safety practices, lead safety committee meetings, support incident/near-miss management, and perform regular inspections and corrective actions using Riskonnect. Communicate issues with leadership and facilitate English/Spanish safety trainings.

Key Responsibilities

•Own EHS compliance at the Tracy and Stockton sites, implementing procedures and programs to minimize EHS risks and meet regulatory requirements.
•Coach, train, and support operations in executing Daily Fundamentals.
•Serve as an EHS resource by building relationships with managers and employees and escalating issues to leadership.
•Facilitate safety training seminars and educate staff via weekly safety trainings in English/Spanish.
•Conduct incident management (near misses, hazards, accidents), lead monthly safety committee meetings, and perform inspections/RCAs with follow-up corrective actions documented in Riskonnect.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent training, experience, and education).
•Valid CA Driver’s License.
•Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing.
•Working knowledge of OSHA 10 and California State and EPA regulations.
•HAZWOPER certified (and other specified EHS/medical certifications noted).
