Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing university recruiting or junior talent/early-career recruitment programs with knowledge of university placement strategies.
  • •2+ years of DEI experience, with demonstrated ability to develop and execute Diversity & Inclusion recruiting initiatives within early-career programs.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Workday, plus comfort with virtual recruiting platforms and digital sourcing tools.
