Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ambiguous, high-stakes product areas end to end, deciding what should exist and defining workflow, information architecture, and the product bet.
  • •Prototype in a playground and ship UX surfaces in the codebase, including styling, states, alignment, and polish, using agents.
  • •Set the craft bar by identifying and critiquing edge cases, empty states, motion, and details that determine whether the product feels designed or assembled.
  • •Drive rapid learning by clearly stating the bet, shipping quickly, watching real customer signals, and iterating based on outcomes.
