Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead the plant’s Quality Management System, reinforcing quality standards and specifications across production.
  • •Manage quality assurance activities including inspections, laboratory testing, auditing, and process control to ensure compliance and best-practice performance.
  • •Establish and monitor SPC programs, process capability (CPK) analysis, and corrective and preventative actions with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • •Serve as primary customer quality contact for CINS incidents, lead internal product performance investigations, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • •Supervise the quality team, including hiring, development, mentoring, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •7–10 years of quality management experience, preferably in plastic packaging.
  • •Professional accreditation in Quality Engineering and Systems (required).
  • •Advanced mastery of Statistical Process Control (SPC), process capability, and designed experiment procedures.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems and food safety standards including FSMA, HACCP, and GMP.
