Quality Assurance Mgr-ARP

Lead the plant Quality department to ensure all manufactured products meet customer expectations and ARP quality requirements. Manage inspection, laboratory testing, auditing, and process control, and maintain the plant quality management system. Own SPC, process capability, corrective and preventative actions, and hold-for-inspection controls. Serve as the primary customer quality contact for incidents, coordinate objectives with production, and lead team talent development and performance.
