Recycling Operations Supervisor

Oversee nonferrous receiving and processing operations to maximize efficiency, product quality, and profit. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and manage safety training, SOPs, and committee participation. Coordinate equipment and personnel for daily operations, layout and workflow, inventory and quality control (including scale and WIP control), and shipping activities. Partner with commercial operations for buying and inventory strategy while reviewing direct reports and supporting internal controls.
