Key Responsibilities

•Work as part of a collaborative team, supporting fellow employees and taking directions from management to achieve project goals.
•Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies, guidelines, and regulations (including OSHA/MSHA) and using required tools and equipment.
•Assist with construction and excavation activities such as shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow use, and pipe laying on projects including treatment plants, water, sewer, and storm drains.
•Perform general labor duties including digging, spreading, and leveling materials, and assist with the placement and removal of traffic control devices.
•Operate small power tools (e.g., jackhammers) and conduct daily pre- and post-operation equipment inspections, documenting findings per company policy.

Key Requirements
