Key Responsibilities

  • •Take responsibility for the store’s overall performance, cost, safety, and formulate medium- and long-term action plans based on annual retail strategy at city and store level.
  • •Provide marvelous service to every consumer by elevating operation excellence (FoH&BoH) and build a store-level CRM plan.
  • •Set up and develop a high-performing team, including talent planning, recruitment and training, and develop talent at store and city levels.
  • •Conduct cross-functional communication and collaboration to provide consumer insights and market dynamics to support store business and operations.
  • •Lead meetings to deepen team understanding, monitor performance, and coordinate with cross-functional partners; actively develop your own development plan with Cluster Lead.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 4 years of experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilities.
  • •Native Chinese speaker with fluency in English (reading and writing).
  • •Strong leadership, talent planning, recruitment and training capabilities.
  • •Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
  • •Retail operational experience in the sports or fashion industry is a strong plus.
