Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with co-workers and managers in a team setting.
•Strictly follow company, OSHA, and MSHA safety policies to champion a safe work environment.
•Perform inspections, sampling, and testing of aggregates, asphalt, and other materials to ensure quality.
•Test mixtures for compliance with contract specifications and quality control tolerances.
•Record and maintain accurate test results data in the test results database.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required; additional college or technical school or relevant experience preferred.
•Champion a safe work environment by strictly following company, OSHA, and MSHA safety policies and PPE requirements.

•Test mixtures to ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality control tolerances.
•Have a valid driver’s license and flexibility to work nights, weekends, overtime, and outdoors in various weather conditions.
