Job Summary

Develop and support next-generation software and platform capabilities within Dell’s Developer Experience organization, partnering with internal and external teams. •Administer and act as SME for GitHub and other DevOps tools, including installation, integration, upgrades, and maintenance for reliability and scalability.
•Build and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms using GitHub Actions.
•Enable centralized access, monitoring, and governance of DevOps tools enterprise-wide.
•Continuously improve system performance, cost efficiency, and reliability via automation and proactive enhancements.

Salary: USD 168,000 - 231,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years managing enterprise-scale DevOps tools supporting CI/CD pipelines.
•Design complex GitHub Actions workflow architectures (job orchestration, matrix builds, reusable workflows).
•Manage self-hosted runner deployments, including deployment, scaling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Linux/Windows/macOS.
•Administer GitHub Enterprise Server (installation, configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and resource planning).
•Provide security and secrets management for DevOps workflows, including OKTA integration, encrypted secrets, and supply chain security.
