Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee the full commissioning process for MEP systems, including planning, execution, testing, and documentation.
  • •Develop detailed commissioning plans and protocols aligned to project timelines and customer requirements.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and start-up.
  • •Conduct rigorous tests and validations for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and personal safety systems to verify compliance with design specs and industry norms.
  • •Manage commissioning budgets and schedules, identify and resolve system deficiencies, produce reports for stakeholders and regulatory compliance, and guide field teams/contractors; deliver training to operations and maintenance staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in commissioning, systems start-up, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience managing commissioning activities on data center construction projects.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and personal safety systems.
  • •Expertise in commissioning protocols, test procedures, and industry standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and NEC (or equivalents).
