Design and configure incentive compensation rules and advanced approval workflows within an SAP-based incentive compensation platform. Translate compensation plan documents into system logic (rates, tiers, thresholds, caps, clawbacks), build eligibility/crediting rules, and support compensation cycles from accruals to final payouts. Collaborate with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and IT to validate inbound data, troubleshoot discrepancies with root-cause analysis, and improve process efficiency by reducing manual intervention.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain complex incentive compensation calculation rules within SAP.
•Translate compensation plan documents into system logic including rate tables, tiered curves, accelerators, thresholds, caps, and clawbacks.
•Develop eligibility and crediting rules based on role, hierarchy, territory, and business unit.
•Support compensation cycles including accruals, adjustments, and final payouts.
•Design and configure multi-step approval workflows for plan assignments, exceptions, and manual adjustments, including conditional routing and notifications.
