Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage medication-assisted treatment (MAT) workflows, including medication refills, fulfillment coordination, adherence support, and medication-related member outreach.
  • •Coordinate prior authorization workflows across prescribed medications, including preparing submissions, tracking status, supporting appeals, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • •Communicate with members, providers, pharmacies, and internal care teams to help ensure timely access to medications.
  • •Support providers with medication management activities as a key clinical support partner.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation and ensure medication-related tasks are completed per clinical protocols and organizational standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000

Key Requirements

  • •Active Medical Assistant (MA) certification or equivalent experience, as required by state regulations.
  • •Experience with prior authorizations, medication coordination, care coordination, or clinical operations.
  • •Familiarity with substance use disorder (SUD), behavioral health, or addiction medicine, or strong interest in developing expertise.
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
