Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall strategy and execution for Contractor hub and compliance products.
  • •Scale the contractor invoicing product to serve broad use cases for current and future clients with large contractor workforces.
  • •Drive discovery and build of larger bets in the contractor space, including invoicing for non-Rippling clients and misclassification detection.
  • •Revamp the Compliance 360 experience to account for reporting timelines and jurisdiction nuances for admins across dozens of jurisdictions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch and gather feedback from key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • •Self-starter with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • •Owned a successful product from inception to launch and demonstrated prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
  • •Relentlessly focused on customers’ needs and comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams.
