Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initial concept through project closeout.
  • •Manage all delivery phases including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, permitting, design coordination, construction, and occupancy.
  • •Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • •Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers; lead project meetings and communicate status, risks, constraints, and key decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
