Job Summary

Troubleshoot, test, and inspect electromechanical assemblies as an AMO Technician, performing assembly and disassembly work and individual inspections. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and parts lists while following formal procedures and HS&E policies. Lead and coach other technicians, support rework of non-conforming equipment, and execute complex tests with minimal instruction using advanced measurement tools and electronic test equipment.

•Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and perform individual inspections of electromechanical assemblies.

•Ensure compliance with HS&E policies and procedures during maintenance and testing activities.
•Assist in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
•Perform complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and provide coaching to other technicians.

Key Requirements

•2+ years maintenance-related experience in electromechanical functions or relevant industrial experience in airline, military, oilfield, automotive, or electronic sectors.
•Proficient in multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers, and other basic instruments for complex testing.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists while following formal procedures and maintenance practices.
•Technical diploma or associate’s degree in an electrical or mechanical field, with advanced computer skills.
•Versed in fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits, electro-mechanical devices, including proficiency using oscilloscopes and advanced soldering/assembly skills.
