Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as the direct customer contact responsible for equipment on assigned projects, diagnosing and repairing systems at customer locations to ensure satisfaction.
•Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
•Use technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued/procured assets while working overtime and weekends, with occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (technical school/formal training preferred) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with hand-held computers (smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to work overtime and weekends as the business requires.
