Key Responsibilities

•Establish and scale Centers of Excellence and early career programs for the hardware organization, defining strategy, scope, and operating framework.
•Develop and own the hardware engineering training strategy, serving as the liaison with Business Systems to ensure training materials reflect standards and needs.
•Socialize new standards, tool updates, and process changes through communication strategies to drive broad adoption.
•Lead change management efforts, including planning, deliverables (change plans and communication plans), and integration with training plans.
•Own documentation and standardization for key engineering processes by partnering with SMEs to create and maintain actionable process documentation; use metrics to guide continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in an engineering major or a related technical field.
•6+ years of working experience, including at least 2+ years in a technical engineering role or 2+ years in consulting, operations, finance, product management, or business analysis.
•Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs and change management initiatives in a technical/engineering environment.
•Strong understanding of engineering operations processes across Quality, Configuration Management, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
•Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence leadership and executives.
