Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and scale Centers of Excellence and early career programs for the hardware organization, defining strategy, scope, and operating framework.
  • •Develop and own the hardware engineering training strategy, serving as the liaison with Business Systems to ensure training materials reflect standards and needs.
  • •Socialize new standards, tool updates, and process changes through communication strategies to drive broad adoption.
  • •Lead change management efforts, including planning, deliverables (change plans and communication plans), and integration with training plans.
  • •Own documentation and standardization for key engineering processes by partnering with SMEs to create and maintain actionable process documentation; use metrics to guide continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in an engineering major or a related technical field.
  • •6+ years of working experience, including at least 2+ years in a technical engineering role or 2+ years in consulting, operations, finance, product management, or business analysis.
  • •Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs and change management initiatives in a technical/engineering environment.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering operations processes across Quality, Configuration Management, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
  • •Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence leadership and executives.
