Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform regulatory and legal monitoring by tracking developments in insurance law (ACPR, legislation, case law) and summarizing them for non-legal teams.
  • •Handle incoming legal questions from operational teams by providing first-level legal analysis for topics raised by Care, Ops, Sales, and Product.
  • •Maintain and enrich internal playbooks, regulatory summaries, and guidelines so they remain accurate and useful.
  • •Contribute to ad hoc analyses on insurance law and social protection topics (e.g., CCN compliance, Évin Act, duty of advice, portability).
  • •Work alongside the Insurance Legal and Compliance team and take ownership when gaps are identified.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing a Master 2 in Insurance Law or Social Protection Law with a solid foundation in group insurance and social protection (Évin Act, portability, prévoyance collective).
  • •Write clearly and directly—lead with conclusions, avoid jargon, and produce outputs non-lawyers can act on.
  • •Provide legal analysis and summaries that connect legal reasoning to real operational stakes for the business.
  • •Demonstrate curiosity by digging into topics independently, asking the right questions, and not waiting for step-by-step guidance.
  • •Be fluent in French (English is a plus for reading and writing).
