Job Summary

Lead planning operations for Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management (MPIM) across Levi’s and Signature Brands in the US, Canada, and LATAM. Partner with cluster planning and channel leads to drive planning strategy, support pre-season investment planning, and manage the CtC planning calendar. Own S&OP inputs, facilitate OTB and forecast review cadence, and improve processes through regional/global projects and new tools or AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with cluster planning and channel leads to drive the planning strategy and vision for US, Canada, and LATAM.
•Support pre-season seasonal investment strategy, identify planning opportunities and risks, and make recommendations to senior management.
•Own the cluster planning CtC calendar and collaborate with merchandising and sales operations to set timelines and monthly guidelines.
•Drive cluster S&OP and provide globally aligned input, including facilitating OTB and forecast review meetings and guiding forecast transmission.
•Propose and develop process improvements and participate in regional/global projects to implement new tools and capabilities, including AI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,200 - 198,300 annually

•6+ years’ experience in a retail or wholesale planning environment.
•Experience in sales and operations environments.
•Strong project management skills.
