Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and support visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, and metrics to support business-driving strategies while helping resolve client needs quickly and maintaining safe stockroom standards.
