Key Responsibilities

  • •Functionally lead and mentor Payments Business Analysts, overseeing requirements elicitation, solution design, and impact analysis for payment-driven and configuration-led changes.
  • •Ensure payment changes are implemented in production with risk assessment and compliance with enterprise architecture and design principles.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders across solution architects, testing teams, and production support to deliver change initiatives accurately and on time, acting as escalation point for operational events.
  • •Provide governance over change requests via Change Control Boards, including prioritization and approvals, and support UAT planning and execution.
  • •Monitor key change-delivery metrics (velocity, defect leakage, SLA adherence) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining STP performance for high-value payments.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in French and English (speaking and writing).
