Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify high-impact AI use cases with Operations teams and lead design and execution of proofs-of-concept (POCs) to validate feasibility and business value.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering to deploy AI solutions into production with robust integration into existing workflows and systems.
  • •Monitor and analyze AI agent performance post go-live, iterating on models and workflows to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and outcomes.
  • •Rapidly build and iterate on operational AI tools using low-code or no-code platforms to scale solutions with minimal engineering bottlenecks.
  • •Bridge Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance to ensure alignment and effective execution of AI initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep operational domain knowledge, especially familiar with operational flows in risk operations, KYC/AML, fraud, or credit risk.
  • •Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
  • •Demonstrated experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
