Job Summary

Lead and coordinate execution of rotary order projects for industrial compression equipment, ensuring requirements are met across the customer order lifecycle. Partner with Design, Operations, and Manufacturing for cross-functional delivery and customer satisfaction, including internal/external kick-off meetings and customer communications. Conduct technical reviews and support vendors and suppliers through scope alignment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate efficiency, effectiveness, and technical capabilities.

•Lead and guide execution of multiple projects, including main item selection, vendor technical alignment, and management of contractual documentation with customers.
•Coordinate supporting engineering functions (Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering) to deliver cross-functional project outcomes.
•Conduct or participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, and standards.
•Manage priorities and critical decisions aligned with business objectives while maintaining good judgment under pressure.
•Attend internal/external kick-off meetings and manage customer communications through technical scope discussions, with international travel up to 20%.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of project engineering experience in the compression industry.

•Basic familiarity with compressor subsystems (gearbox, lubrication system, intercoolers, controls, accessories) and ability to assist with proposals/troubleshooting.
•Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships with coworkers, suppliers, and customers.
•BS degree in Mechanical Engineering (or other engineering discipline) or equivalent technical education.
