Job Summary

Support MEP operations for multiple sites as part of a Total Facilities Management team. Coordinate daily tasks with supervisors, team leaders, and technicians, review and track work orders in CAFM/CMMS, and help resolve recurring issues. Assist with vendor/OEM maintenance, shutdowns, and commissioning, follow DEWA/Municipality/Civil Defense requirements, and contribute to small upgrades, reporting, safety document reviews, and inventory and budget tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in managing daily MEP tasks and support technicians across multiple disciplines.
•Review and follow up on work orders using CAFM/CMMS to ensure timely, accurate completion.
•Coordinate with vendors and OEMs during maintenance, shutdowns, and commissioning activities.
•Ensure compliance with local regulations (DEWA, Municipality, Civil Defense) and review safety documents under guidance.
•Support small-scale projects/system upgrades, track task progress, and prepare technical reports/asset condition summaries.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
•2–3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
•Basic understanding of LV electrical systems, HVAC (chilled water and DX), and plumbing setups.
•Able to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
•Experience or training using CAFM/CMMS systems for work orders; awareness of QHSE procedures and emergency protocols.
