Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing daily MEP tasks and support technicians across multiple disciplines.
  • •Review and follow up on work orders using CAFM/CMMS to ensure timely, accurate completion.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and OEMs during maintenance, shutdowns, and commissioning activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with local regulations (DEWA, Municipality, Civil Defense) and review safety documents under guidance.
  • •Support small-scale projects/system upgrades, track task progress, and prepare technical reports/asset condition summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • •2–3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
  • •Basic understanding of LV electrical systems, HVAC (chilled water and DX), and plumbing setups.
  • •Able to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
  • •Experience or training using CAFM/CMMS systems for work orders; awareness of QHSE procedures and emergency protocols.
