Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identifies potential program problems or opportunities, analyzes the issues using all appropriate resources, develops alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities.
•Manages the most complex and sensitive projects, often in multiple geographic locations, requiring coordination across teams.
•Acts independently or as a team leader representing IE with consulting firms and ensures final product reflects original scope and budget requirements.
•Develops and maintains comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
•Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates activities across multiple departments to ensure program objectives are met.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership experience.
•15+ years of transportation project experience (preferred).
•Experienced with Design Build delivery for final design.
•Design Build Project Experience.
•Experience leading and managing transportation design-build projects on large complex highway projects; ability to manage a large team in a fast-paced environment; State Professional Engineer License, or the ability to obtain within twelve months; frequent travel to project sites.
