Lead the European fragrance omnichannel marketing strategy, overseeing brand activations, ecommerce, CRM, social media and events. Manage and develop a multi-country Brand Marketing team, partner with external brands, and drive EU-wide activation plans with data-driven optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
