Job Summary

Partner with HR shared services to support Lucid’s R&D organization by delivering HR expertise across performance management, employee relations, coaching, organizational development, and workforce planning. Work with mid-level managers to implement HR policies, develop training and career mobility programs, and support core HR processes such as compensation cycles and promotions. Analyze employee data, resolve HR process issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

•Provide HR expertise in performance management, employee relations, coaching, and organizational development; partner with mid-level managers to implement HR policies.
•Collaborate with the HR team to build a culture of excellence where people feel engaged and inspired to deliver results.
•Partner with COEs to develop and launch programs for training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
•Develop people strategies and design approaches to diagnose and enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
•Support core HR processes (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions), analyze employee reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,800 - 152,350 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, or a related field (preferred).
•PHR or SPHR is a plus; alternatively, a master’s degree plus 3 years minimum OR 5 years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience.
•In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, benefits, and federal/state employment laws.
•Demonstrated interpersonal skills including interviewing, counseling, and group presentations.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence leaders across the organization.
