Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deploy end-to-end production-grade predictive and prescriptive ML models for enterprise stakeholders.
  • •Architect, fine-tune, and evaluate enterprise GenAI systems (including RAG pipelines and prompt engineering frameworks) to extract insights from unstructured data.
  • •Design and deploy autonomous agent and multi-agent workflows for multi-step reasoning, tool utilization, and task automation.
  • •Lead workshops with external clients to uncover business objectives, map data landscapes, and translate business problems into structured data science methodologies.
  • •Build optimized analytics datasets and scalable ML pipelines in cloud environments, providing technical documentation, support, and code reviews to junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary degree (or diploma) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or an IT-related field.
  • •5–8 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Management Consulting.
  • •3+ years of experience in external client-facing consulting or professional services.
  • •3+ years of application, model design, and deployment experience in a native cloud environment (GCP preferred).
  • •1–2+ years architecting and deploying Generative AI systems (e.g., RAG pipelines, fine-tuned LLMs) and Agentic AI workflows; cloud/GenAI certifications preferred.
