Support major mid-sized companies and international corporate clients with end-to-end restructuring and turnaround projects across strategic, operational, and financial dimensions. Define company targets together with clients, build the foundation for sustainable success through liquidity transparency, cost structure improvements, and financing concepts, then drive implementation via a PMO and interim management support. Work with stakeholders using strong analytics, structured problem-solving, and pragmatism.
