Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage trade lifecycle events across asset classes with a primary focus on total return swaps, partnering with Trading, Fund Accounting, Technology, and Risk.
  • •Resolve day-to-day trade breaks across multiple swap counterparties in coordination with front office and global operations teams.
  • •Support swap resets, trade bookings, corporate action processing, and P&L inquiries, performing daily reconciliations in Geneva.
  • •Review daily transaction, position, and cash reconciliations for TRS products.
  • •Identify process gaps and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree required, preferably in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • •Several years of relevant work experience in fund or trade operations.
  • •Knowledge of Geneva is preferred.
  • •General knowledge of financial instruments across domestic and global markets, including equities, fixed income, options, swaps, futures, and FX.
  • •Strong communication skills and professional stakeholder engagement, with excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
