Job Summary

Lead a pod of Investments Representatives and Senior Investments Representatives in a hands-on, player-coach role. Manage day-to-day operations, conduct side-by-sides and real-time coaching, and drive KPIs including output goals, CSAT, trade execution accuracy, and compliance adherence. Handle time-sensitive client trading situations by partnering with Compliance, Risk, and the Trade Desk, and support internal certification and readiness for aspiring reps.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the day-to-day operations of your pod, including side-by-sides, coaching cadences, and getting into the queue yourself.
•Own team output goals, CSAT, trade execution accuracy, and compliance adherence; run regular trade reviews and quality assurance for manual trades (equities, options, crypto).
•Respond to high-pressure, time-sensitive client situations (trading outages, margin events, corporate actions) in partnership with Compliance, Risk, and the Trade Desk to drive resolution.
•Support an internal certification pipeline by mentoring aspiring reps, assessing readiness, and helping them master complex wealth management and trading concepts.
•Partner directly with Trading, Compliance, or Product leadership to design, build, and roll out net-new processes that improve the client experience while maintaining regulatory standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 101,600 - 127,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience in a regulated financial environment (e.g., formal Team Lead, Senior Representative).
•Deep knowledge of wealth management, trading strategies, options, margin accounts, and cryptocurrency, and the ability to explain them simply.
•Strong compliance mindset with the ability to spot missed steps or compliance gaps instantly and address them constructively in the moment.
•Option A: Active verified registrations on the National Registration Database (NRD) as an Investment Representative (IR) AND a Supervisor, with active product approvals for Securities/Equities AND Options, and Futures approval (or to complete post-hire).
•Option B: Successful completion of CIRO exams including CIRE, CIRO Derivatives Exam, and CIRO Supervisor Exam (per the updated CIRO proficiency model).
