Finishing Operator I

Entry-level manufacturing role responsible for setup, calibration, and operation of automated chemical application equipment to apply protective coatings on carbon brakes, along with manual processes and riveting operations. Works in a team with engineers, adheres to SOPs, monitors processes, performs quality checks, and progresses through a defined training roadmap in a high-volume aerospace finishing department.
