Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead UPW/WWT system design for construction projects while incorporating operational and maintenance requirements.
  • •Provide expert support by understanding each site’s UPW/WWT operational and maintenance capabilities.
  • •Technically lead a global cross-functional team focused on operational excellence with site systems engineers, including onsite presence for critical failures.
  • •Drive improvement initiatives across the network using TPM alignment, variation reduction (SPC), and common methodologies such as conformance, SIPP’s, MOC, and 8D problem solving.
  • •Assess and ensure consistent preventive and predictive maintenance programs, procedures, checklists, and define improvement metrics (e.g., On-time PMs, MTTF, MTTR).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 6 years of Facilities UPW/WWT system engineering experience.
  • •Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • •Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional, multi-cultural groups and continuously improve systems and processes.
